yes only if they are going to work in certain jobs in private schools.

it mostly depends on schools if they are ready to take a risk about hiring u illegally

Officially this is how it should be done:

1) the school will register in the government portal "Ajeer" https://www.ajeer.com.sa/
where they will also register your details and work in the school. This will form as one year contract (renewable) between you and the school.

2) You have to get qualification assessment from the "General Directorate of Education" Private school department.
