KL - Rental Careful

In KL, I have extreme bad experience with condo unit, this guy and his wife have few units and he is looking for expats only from India and will offer short time contract. The objective is to takeout the entire deposit nothing else. Be aware. I am in KL for more than 3 years, had changed my location 3 times but never had such bad experience.
