looking for studio type apartment or at the compound

I wanted to rent a studio inside the compound but with the budget I have I'm not entirely sure if it's realistic enough for rent. I need to move out soon this month so if you can please help me out it really would mean a lot. I just need 1 bed room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom. And the security is very important for me. The building is properly maintained and the cleanliness too. And no issue about water and electricity problems happening here and then. Really thanks for the help and would definitely appreciate any suggestions. xo
