My name is Celeste. I just moved to Malta (Bormla) 2 weeks ago (August 4, 2017) with my husband, who is here on a 3-year contract. I'm originally from Spain but I've lived in the USA for the last 25 years.

Most of my professional life has been in higher education, teaching Spanish and working in Study Abroad; most of my hobbies have to do with languages in one way or another. And most of my time right now is free, because I don't have a job at the moment!

I'm planning on learning Maltese, but I also want to keep practicing my other languages, so I thought I'd ask the community if anyone is interested in partnering up for language exchanges. Would anyone be interested in learning/practicing Spanish in exchange for Maltese lessons or for French/Italian conversation? I'm willing to take a bus or a ferry to other parts of the country.

Thanks! I'll do that. I had no idea there was a specific section.
