Exit re-entry & dependent fees?

Is it true that you have to pay the dependent fee "in-advance" when getting an exit re-entry visa for your dependent?

If so, then if someone has 3 dependents and only 1 is traveling, does the dependent fee for all 3 have to be paid, or only for the 1 that is traveling (the one which an exit re-entry visa is required for)?

I also heard that there were complications paying the dependent fee to get an exit re-entry visa, that the system keeps giving error msgs, and that the only way around that was to deposit the money for Iqama renewal (in advance) + exit entry fee + dependent fees. Has that been resolved? How are the fees now paid?

You can pay only for the dependent travelling, online banking has an option.

You can pay for one that is travelling. Anyway you must have to pay for the rest during next iqama renewal.
