hello your saving will depend upon what kind of lifestyle you want to live. Living near DIFC is quite expensive so we assume you will pay around 4000 aed a month plus another 5000 as other expenses which includes your food, traveling, entertaintment so you will save around 7000-8000 aed a month.

its a decent salary for a single person. now rents are getting cheaper, you will be fine.

Thank you for your responses.
Which are recommended places to stay so that I can commute to DIFC within 45 mins?

Midnight-Sam

difc is near to metro station, so living near to any metro station will be ok, jumeriah lakes towers is also ok, you can arrive within 45 mins. its comfortable to live there. other places but little crowded such as al barsha near sharaf dg metro station, is a little cheaper in the rent. and get you to difc by metro within 30 mins

if you have a car or your own ride i suggest you consider somewhere in the south part of dubai, like Marina, JVC, JVT, or green community. is alot calm there.
