@harpal it's not possible to apply for residency for wife without 19000€ income per year.you will be disappointed even if she come on tourist visa.

Better is when you come here,find a job for her without which it's not possible anything below 19000€

Guys,

Refer to my post few weeks back,looking for information urgently as i need to make decision ,if any ones family came on visit/tourist visa to schengen and entered malta and got residence permit please reply me in private
(scenerio if i have residence permit for malta with salary more than 19k and my family  come to schengen on visitor visa and join me in malta ,can they apply residence permit on basis of family reunion/dependent visa)

hi bro , us i know my husband is living in malta more than 2 years and im living in morocco for the right moment , and due to corona i didnt have the chance to apply for visa tourist to enter to malta then decide to stay us his wife , but i did another process now is reunification family us a TCN but the problem is they ask alot of things and its an obligation to spend 2 years at least inside malta to be able to bring ur wife here and reside with u .
so my husband applied for me and we are still waiting dor an answer since november 2020.

Did you receive any reply from anyone re the spouse visa, i.e bringing wife on tourist visa t o any Schengen region and then to Malta?

Then she will be as a tourist can't come under dependent ans she can't not change her visa type too... Better to file for family reunion certificate at identity malta and follow the process

yes my husband did the same process for me at id malta and he got the request of reunification after after 8 months but im still blocked i cant apply for visa due the decision if cervice visa unit ( they consider this us an non essential traveling so i have to wait?

Could you please confirm what are the current rules to apply for Family VISA for Malta? Is there any waiting period before i can apply VISA for my Family or i can apply it immediately after i land? And whats the processing time?
