Mauritian Weather, an Enigma!!

Post new topic

musheer

It never ceases to amaze me how the weather in the island changes in a few minutes and at a distance of few kilometres! (for eg., the last Expat.com meet :P)

This evening I had gone to a restaurant in Ebene and when I stepped out at 10pm, it was a nice, cool, starry night like this http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4077/4807392948_dee282a20e_z.jpg

Then, I drive to my office, pick up some things, and come down in 10 mins, what do I see??.... http://www.yabba-dabba-dubai.com/wp-content/uploads/heavy_rain_full.jpg

And the vice versa also happens :) Well, atleast we always have this to keep us going :D:D

You forgot the lightning that seems to pop up on starry nights as well!

Moody Gemini weather :)

OMG!! Mauritius has become quite dangerous! we have to be more cautious now!! but the problem is that no one wants to step further for a solution as this may cost them.

but sometimes its quite silly when they pollute the environment they do not think of the consequences and when they are ask to be more environmental friendly they think of the cost to pay.

Sometimes petty act like stop littering itself can help a lot!!
