TV set top box connection

Hi ,

I am from India .

I would like to know that is it allowed in malaysia to get a set top box from home country that is India to make Indian TV channels available to watch on tv ?

If no , then what is the other way to make it available ?

If you mean satellite TV, had work because the footprint is aimed at India.
However, lots of TV stations stream via the internet and Malaysia has a large Indian population so Indian based content is likely to be available locally.

Hi Priyanka!
You can choose between Astro and HYPP TV.
In astro you get few Hindi & south Indian channels.
In HYPP TV which comes under TM Malaysia(Unifi) you can get more Hindi channels.

I think you should go for Hypp TV there you can get many Hindi channels or can choose to subscribe channels of your choice as well.
