REJECTION FROM SAUDHI COUNCIL OF ENGINEERS

Guys pls guide me coz SEC they rejected my diploma by saying that your ?certificate does not qualify for the membership required? pls I need your advice on this what is next step

Hi Dears,
1- Anyone knows that if profession is System Analyst General and with Master Degree in Information technology (MIT) will SCE accept the to convert membership from temporary to permanent.
2- Also it will not effect the current status if i applied for convert from temporary to permanent
3- SCE Membership is showing expiry after two month, if i renewed now will it effect the current status and what will be the new date? will it start from now or after two month?

1) You can upload your MIT degree. Hopefully they will accept for General System Analyst profession.
2) It will not impact your current status. Please note SCE in these days allowed all temporary members to renew their membership for 1 year without making it permanent so avail this opportunity and also apply for permanent  membership on the parallel side.
3) It will start after 2 months.

Hi same problem I submit one year diploma of surveying attested from all but no marksheet then saudi council suspended my account my iqama is also expired now I have appeal form but I don't have marksheet. I have two diploma in session 2000 one year diploma of surveying attested but no marksheet, in session 2005 to 2007 two year diploma of civil surveyor attested and all things available, now I need to know can I change in appeal form my diploma if any body knowledge about this please tell me. Thanks

As per current status no more temporary is showing but under "Printing Service" only four letters are showing, still certificate is not showing, do you know how long it will take to show that certificate as well ? and is there any issue to not showing that ?

It will take 3 months for final approval. Now it is under certificate verification stage.
After verification you will receive SMS for final approval and can print the certificate.

Certificate is only printable after final approval or it can be printed before final approval?

Only after final approval

I had the same problem. Got it solved from an Egyptian guy, luckily i found him in time. Its hard to understand the system, anything is better than leaving on final exit.

I came here as an electrical technician but on the sce registration portal ,uploaded my degree certificate.it rejected because it didn't complete 5 years.
Any solution for this problem
If anyone knows then plz help us

What?
They don't need 5 years experience for technicians.
But if you have an engineering degree then you need 5 years experience.
Now, try to get the technician registration if you have any diploma.
Otherwise, you have to go on final exit.

No solution to your problem. It is understood that any Electrical Technician listed below are mandatory to register with Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE)  and upload a completed 4~5 years verifiable Diploma, certified front and back from your home country.

- Electrical technician - aerial lines
- Electrical technician - land cables
- Electrical Technician - customer services
- Electrical technician - wiring
- Electrical technician - equipment Maintenance
- Electrical technician - precision equipment
- Electrical Technician - generators & aircraft motors

Same issue here.
Applied for technician membership and uploaded my engineering degree certificate.
SCE rejected because of not completing 5 years after graduation.
I will finish 90 days after entering Saudi Arabia on 10th March.
Still no iqama
Any solution?

YES, upon arrival in KSA, the validity of company visa stamped on your passport technically will expire after 90 days. Your company (employer) should manage to process your work permit and iqama within that reglamentary period.

You can't do anything.
Go on final exit.
Nothing can be done now.
You can comeback on some non technical visa.

I am Rejith and I am from Keala in India.

I would like to know that Any attestation is required for diploma certificate in Mechanical engineering ( 3 year course from Government college) while uploading to Saudi engineering council as a technician?

I have also completed Btech in Mechanical engineering ( completed in 2016 April) and this btech certificate is attested from HRD/MEA , Saudi embassy and Saudi cultural for coming to Saudi in a new visa ( Mechanical technician visa).

Now I came in Saudi Arabia as Mechanical technician visa. For getting the membership as a technician which certificate I have to submit?

I have around 5 years experience in this filed in both Saudi(1.5 year) worked from 2017 to 2018 and 3.5 years experience in India. But the experience certificate are not attested.

Please suggest a good solution to get my registration as technician visa..please help sir.

@Ayhaan my profession on iqama was welder when I applied for membership.. my membership was approved with HRD attestation alone ...and why do you need to go to your home country to do attestation by embassy , its done by agents , you can't do it urself. . .

Hi Dear

I have been working here in KSA since 10 years and my iqama profession is General System Analyst.  I have registered in SCE as Technician since 3 years now SCE is giving message for converting from Temporary to Permanent membership .

I requested same through SCE portal and uploaded my degrees as i have bachelor and Master degrees  . Master degree is attested from HRD, MOFA and Qatar embassy . Saudi attestation is not there because my both degrees are from Distance mode.

Now i received reply from SCE  that please change your profession within one month otherwise your account will be blocked .

Kindly advise , what should i do now.

My transfer request still showed -Pending Completing transfer in absher by new employer..but employer told 1week before payed the money but absher still not approved..I have only 1week iqama is there.. please tell me maximum how many days it will take to this payed process..
