Hello and welcome to the site. By coincidence, I was just in Cairo a few weeks ago on business for 4 days. I was glad the pyramid and Nile river tours were back on. I enjoyed that part of it. The traffic was horrible though. I called it "combat driving." It's not for the timid driver for sure. And crossing the street was almost impossible. They should build overhead pedestrian bridgees over high traffic areas, like in Asia. Overall, though, I enjoyed it. Are you thinking of working abroad (outside of Egypt)? Or are you an expat working in Cairo? You didn't really tell us about yourself. Take care.
