From the month of August 2017, my work visa is showing is in progress. So my question is why it's taking too long and what's the reason for delaying visa

Hi,

One reason i can think of is backlogs because of long eid holidays. Be in touch with your potential employer they can give you more details.

1 month is very very common.
Take in mind 2 months to get visa.

I asked to my employer but every time time they has say your work visa is in progress please keep patience and we will update you once it will be ready.

Unfortunately other than your employer, no one else can help you at this moment,

That's true. Don't resign your present job and enjoy life there.
Who knows when you will get visa. No hurry no worry and life is easy easy.
