I am planning to live and work in India, based in Mumbai.
I have to open/create a small company by which I will be employed.
I am looking for a CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT COMPANY with the experience of such a project.
This is URGENT.

Dear Zem,

I would suggest not just a chartered accountant,but someting more at the same cost.
Please try out wealthtree.in and similar sites and you can get in touch with them directly.

I also know a Swissa who has been in India who is fluent in French and has been staying in India for 5 years and has formed a private limited company.

Do let me know as getting in touch with her may work.
