Hello, I'm South Africa living in Inner Mongolia. I'm married. I have Z visa. I would like to know if anyone could share some advises. My current school is a bit hectic. They failed to provide proper accommodation. They gave us two bedrooms without toilet and kitchen. The contract I have signed is for the main school, but they sent me to one of their branches in rural areas without my concern. They deduct from my salary now and then. When I wanted to leave, they threatened me by cancelling my residence permit and not pay me.

Here is their offer: 10,000RMB/month, no other benefits written. During vacations, no salary. breaching of the contract is from $500-2000.
