Private School Fee Rebate - When is it due?

Hi all

Just that really. Last year we received our cheque at the end of September. This year it should be being paid via BACs, however, no one can tell us (or should that say will tell us) when we should expect it this year. I haven't asked for a specific date, just a rough which month can we expect it and have basically been told they can't tell me or don't know, which strikes me as odd seeing as it's an official process and one which takes place on a yearly basis.

Has anyone else received their school fees back yet? Just so I can get an idea of whether we should have had ours already.

Thanks
