You should try to participate on the forums and your private message systems will be unlocked automatically.

ps: please avoid sending copy/paste message to several users by private message system.

Yeah mine too, I think it's a bit strict, as a new member I copy and paste a couple of messages to other people, but that's only because it's the same thing for introducing yourself to a new person! I hope this will unblock soon enough
