Where to buy noise cancelling devices for home

hi All,
We live near the highway so kind of having problems with the traffic noise during night...anyone knows a place in Saigon where to buy acoustic noise cancelling curtains, foam or white noise devices? I know I can buy from internet but was just wondering about the possibility to buy directly here in Saigon.

If you buy here be careful about what they show you in the samples and what you may get. We had issues with both the foam back and the sheers. Set the expectations very clear up front and only give them 1/3 the payment. Provide the balance after installation.
