Advise on Indian marrying Malaysian

Hi all .. I am an Indian (Hindu), living and working in USA (I am on Visa)... i am dating a non muslim Malaysian girl (Hindu) who is working and living in Malaysia. I want to marry her and get her to USA..

My questions are:
1. How do i marry her in Malaysia as per Malaysian law ?

2. How do i marry her in India as per Indian law ?

3. Which is best ? marrying her in Malaysia or marrying her in India ...

4. How long will be the process to get married legally in India or Malaysia? Which is the fastest?

did your parents allow the marriage?
or why dont you go to some local court and just marry!

Mareiage have no rules...its all about two parties loving...why put laws and all !

Marriage may be a love thing but countries have rules and not following them means the marriage would be illegal and absolutely no use to the OP.

Offering advice to engage in illegal activity is unwelcome, more so when following foolish suggestions could lead to serious problems.
