E-Visa convert to work permit

Hello Everyone
I want to ask about my visit E visa Bahrain.
I am single and live in Saudi Arabia with my parents and have GCC permit.(Pakistani Nationality).
I am in Bahrain now on Visit E-visa for 90days and I have 90 days exit re-entry Visa from Saudi.
and I got job offers here in bahrain(sales and hotels).
my question is that can any comoany who offer my a job canconvert my E-visa into Work permit ?
and whenever I convert it then my Saudi GCC permit will be khalas(finish) automatically ?
