i have unpaid traffic fines can i go on vacation or i being asked in airport to pay

Unless and untill you dont pay it, Your exit re-entry will not be done. If you make again a traffic Voilation after your Exit Re-entry then That fine you have to pay at airport.

No you cannot ! you need to pay all your traffic violations before you leave.
