Hello good morning sir.
For oman visa cancellations we need to give our passport to woner or not.
Please advice me.

Hi Bpblast,

The employment visa cancellation happens only in the airport, just prior to the expatriate's departure.

The sponsor, or the company PRO must necessarily be present at the airport to ensure that the leaving employee's visa gets cancelled and that the required paperwork has been completed satisfactorily.

Only if this is done can the company / sponsor hire another employee in lieu.

Can company force employee to sign on their final settlement paper????

if you explain final paper work by P.R.O before Visa cancellation, it will give invaluable information to expats.
(Nowhere information available about visa cancellation procedures)
