Hi Everyone, nice to e-meet you all. My name is Diane and I am from Sydney. Ive been reading everyone's advice and its been very grateful. Any tips would be great I understand I must do a title search with a lawyer in Vanuatu to make sure who are the real owners and where lease it at before we buy. Any other tips where to but with a good view but safe area? I live in Sydney and will come back to port vila in week 1 feb (I wqs just there this Oct and fell in love with the place and the people) to hopefully secure a deal. should I set up a bank account there first? I'm looking at elluk or bellevue hill however I was told in Bellevue hill there are many thefts etc, thanks, and glad this form is available
