Re entry to Oman after exit in May 2017 with NOC

Dear Members,

Please clarify my doubt. I have come in exit from Oman in May 2017 cancelling my 2 year employment visa.
Now again i want to come to Oman for another employer.

My query is
1. Whether new work visa will be issued if i have NOC and the signee registered with immigration Oman
2. Also do i need to send original NOC to my Oman employer office for visa application.
3. Previously i attach only copy of NOC now my employer asking original NOC.
4. Is it possible to get new employment visa as i have original NOC.

I am bit worried as i have read some posts saying even if have NOC new work visa is not grnated.

If your ex employer gives u original box and a signature paper u can return anytime but without these two documents u can not return until u have completed the 2 year ban.

My husband has a ban on him and these r the rules.

My hubbys ex employer gave us the noc but he will not give a signature paper so my hubby still.has to wait one more year!

We are devastated.

Thanks for your reply,

signature paper means ?

I have NOC original with signature and ex employer seal.

Also the signee registered with Immigration Oman on behalf of employer.

Is that Ok for re issue of work visa.
