Anyone know what the time limit is when trying to claim back tax from the Hacienda. I have a set of accounts for year 2013-2014, where it has been proved too much tax was paid.

Duncan. In general there is a statute of limitation of four years on starting action to recover a debt. Although I believe once proceedings have commenced there is no time limit
