Phone credit disappearing

People.....a couple of times since i've been in KSA, my phone credis has vanished, i.e ive had say 75sar credit the night before and the next day its down to 8 or so without any use by me. Is there some kind of scam going on here ? Its a mobily sim card which was purchased by the driver when I was on my way to the hotel from the airport when i first arrived.
I have also received a text message from Mobily which says, 'Dear customer, your mobily connect 1GB bundle has been successfully activated'
Has anybody else had any issues like this ?

Not sure about the credit vanishing, but I got the message earlier for connect 1GB activation which was i think an offer but it didn't hurt my credit.

I would suggest you to visit your local mobily office, register the sim under your own name, and then you can check online for the calls you have made.

By the way, also call their callcenter 1100 they are very helpful.

hey Dubliner, if your mobile device has a GPS function, try to check settings cuz there's an option to connect to the internet when ever there is new updates for the maps, set all internet option to offline and when needed...if thats doesn't work then u need to contact the mobily support team...

Welcome to Saudi Arabia. In addition to what my friends have said

I suggest you after registering the sim under your name be sure that that number you are using has only one sim, because you can issue two Sims with the same number.

I'm not saying that the driver cheated on you, but next time be more careful about this issues..
