Assalamualaikum

My wife visit visa of 90 days will get completed in other 9 days ....my question is my iqama expires on January 2018 .....will I be able to extend my wife visa another 90 days

If possible 30 days or 90 days extension

No, the system will not allows you to have the visit visa beyond the duration of the Iqama validity !!

You mean till January my iqama expires so one month visa extension my wife will get

you do need to renew your iqama and if your visa issued for 3 months first time you will get extension for 3 months
