Good gym to use short term?

As I have just moved here I don't want to commit to a gym for longer than a week. Preferably pay as you go or 1 week at a time. Is there anywhere like that where I can go? Decent gym is a must. I tried to ask in one on a street near me in Mangaf but they only let people use it if you sign up for a minimum of a month. No use if I move to the other side of Kuwait in a weeks time.
