Hi my name is Paul thinking of maybe retiring to vitenam maybe in a few years I have spent two years previous Travelling around Vietnam mainly along the coast When I went to nha trang there seem to be a lot of expats retired all living there for one reason or another so my question would be do you rent a house or a apartment on a monthly basis or with the new development in high-rise apartments In Nha trang from anywhere from $50,000 to 150,000 so what do experts tend to do by or rent on a monthly basis Any advice or input would be appreciated cheers Paul

Most expats rent for between five million land ten million a month, depending on how large the house is and how close it is to the tourist area. A few, including me, own our own house, but I choose to live out of town.
