Best place in Morocco for West Africans live/work

I am looking for apartment on behalf of refugee friends from camps I volunteered at who came in their own to Morocco. They are 3 women and three kids.

I just want to find them a simple place in a good, open minded area. And maybe some expats who need help around the house.
