If you hold an Iqama, you can travel via road and get on-arrival visa to Bahrain paying 50 SAR.

The same goes for your family - they must hold iqamas in order to get the on-arrival visas.

thank you ver much sir that you clear me.Just wanted to tell you my family have visit visa for saudia and this visit visa is for 2 years only and this is multiple exit re entery visit visa. Please advise sir.thank you.

Having 2 years multiple entry doesn't grant them a GCC permit (Iqama) which is a condition to meet to get on-arrival visa. So, your answer is 'No'.

However, you can see requirements and apply for their visit e-visas here: https://www.evisa.gov.bh

Thank you sir.
