Working in Estonia vs Singapore

Hello all,
I am a software engineer, EP holder and have received a job offer from estonia offered salary is lower than what I am earning in Singapore since standard of living is also lower than singapore

I am really confused should I consider my move to Estonia as better prospect to land in europe for future or stay in Singapore and save more money
