Hi everyone,

I am originally from Canada and I just got a job with Sidra .  I have my ticket but still no information regarding housing . I am aware that oasis compound is where alot of the Sidra staff will be put ... however I wanted to ask if anyone knows the regulations regarding a pet ? I have been told several different things so I'd like to get an opinion from someone else who might be able to help me out .

Thanks :)

Hi im a RN from Canada too  I applied for job at Sidra through agency 2 years ago and directly recently but no news yet . Have you started yet ?  Do you know if the women health department is oppen right now?

There are so many Sidra options for housing. Most of the time they will put you in temporary housing for a few mths then move you to permanent housing. As for pets that will depend on where you are located as most are apartment accommodation. You also have to think that shifts are 12.5 hrs long on most wards plus travel time do you want to leave animals for that long?

Most of the women's services are now open and functioning.
We have been birthing since 14th Jan and slowly building up numbers.
Some wards arent fully open yet but in time will be.
