Hi,

My stage 1 is in process for Malaysia and i already have a valid multiple entry business visa. Do i still need to submit my passport in India for another Visa stamping after Level 1 or i can travel with multiple entry visa and submit passport for L2 directly in Malaysia.

You need the Visa With Reference to enter Malaysia for employment.

Your company need to get work permit for you. Yiu can't work in social visit pass. It will 1 to 2 months to get approval of work permit.
