VN (Ho Chi Minh) - PH how do you send money to Philippines? Wire?

Hi,

Can't find an updated thread on best way to send money (in 2017/2018). Is it via wire transfer? Or money sending agencies like westernunion?

Wire Transfer is always the cheapest. You need to submit a legitimate proof of your earning in Vietnam (e.g. work permit, business license etc.).
