Hello everyone,
I am Ramiar Jamal , an international master student studying in Italy from iraqi kurdistan. I am in my final year and planning to do a PhD. I have heard studying for a PhD in Netherlands for three years would grant me a permanent residence permit in the country! Is that true ? Are there similar policies in the other European countries? Or else what is the best way of getting such residence permit while doing studies?
