Hi there,

Which are your 10 favorite places to go out in Cairo?

Which places would you recommend to newcomers? (restaurants, pubs, discos, theaters, cinemas, concert halls...)

Thanks!

Here are some local favorties:

- Cairo Jazz Club (Bar - goos music, and food)
- Birdcage (great thai restaurant in the Semi Ramis Intercontinental - quite pricey though)
- La Bodega (Nice quiet bar in Zamalek)
- Tabasco Bar (Amman Square in Mohandiseen)
- Wadi Degla (this is on the outskirts of maadi and a great place for a picnic or hiking when it's not too hot)

Hope these help!

I like Sakya, in Zamalek! Sometimes I go there! It is full of culture and nice persons, there are exhibitions, and plays, and so on! Just try it!
And I LOVE " 55" in Maadi, in street 9, around the metro station " Sakanat El Maadi"! It is a classical restaurant, and just I let you to discover it, and to tell us how do you feel going there!
ENJOY!
