Dubai rules for employing hepa b carrier

Hi. im asking some advice tips or personal opinion about this topic. i have a friend of mine whos currently in philippines and hoping to work here at dubai. but the biggest upset for her is her health that she is hepa b carrier. does the government of dubai restrict people with this kind of issues?? if not what shall we do. what are the jobs that he can apply for??
