Hi My professional is under processing by the company where i will work. Its processing but they said not sure when will it be done. My current visit pass will expired soon.
Shall i need to exit the country or wait for it to get approved? I dont know the rules.

Are you on a student visa at the moment?  If so there may be some problems getting immigration approval for you to be hired by a local company. The requirements are degree and 2 years' relevant experience. The policy is usually study and leave. Immigration should make a decision fairly quickly.

You would need to leave before the expiry of your student visa, even with an application/appeal ongoing. These situations can really drag out. The main argument immigration has is whether the job can be done by a local Malaysian.

In the case of Category III PP/EP applications, there are also medical and VDR requirements.
