Hello,

I have been in Milan on a student Visa since 4 months (September). I still have not applied for a Resident Permit. Is it too late? Can I still apply?

Yes it’s valid, I have a student Visa for exactly 1 year.

Then I would suggest to go to the nearest local office and request to apply for RP.
