Hi,
i just moved to Cyprus (Limassol). I already have a flat, utilities for the flat and a stamp from the communal president on my rental contract.

Do i register first for social security, self-employment or immigration?

go to immigration first they will present you with a list of things / documents that you need to have to get your residency permit - - take your passport with you to get the appointment (as it may be some weeks before the actual residency application interview then that will help you with the others
