Hello,

Yes. Even my wife arrived here last July 5. She had her yellow fever vaccine. I called directly VFS and confirmed to me to follow everything required in the website.
It can be checked on their website.

However, as per my wife. VFS did not ask her the vaccie certificate and told her to show it to airport. But in the airport no one checked.

For those inquiring, I would suggest to call directly the VFS tasheel. But for me personally, I would recommend to just follow the requirements stated in the website to avoid delays.

Thanks for the info but this is the same reason why there is no need for yellow fever vaccination as per my personal assessment. Information appreciated though.

You can check other VFS centers in countries you mentioned if they allowed because it has an option of choosing your origin and entry point in the appointment for visa stamping.

Ellinas

It is located beside your dependent's name for resident visa and the document # for visit visa.

Sanchoboy

Wow, thank you for the information re vaccine. We got an appointment with VFS on 19 Oct for resident visa.

tuttifrutti

Hello, yes they need to have BC of your kids as well as your Marriage Certificate attested in KSA EMBASSY in Manila.

They also need to do Medical Tests. Then after that is the appointment booking at VFS TASHEEL.

All the best.

Hello again, can someone confirms if yellow fever and polio vaccines are needed in VFS for Visit Visa? TIA

Dear Applicant/Agent,

Greetings from Saudi Visa Application Center!
Please be informed that yellow fever and polio vaccine are not required for resident visa application. See below details for your reference.

1. Complete all the documents listed at our website. Ensure to check the type of visa you are applying to avoid delay.
2. Set an appointment at our website www.vfstasheel.com. Check earliest available appointment or any preferred date you wanted to submit. Ensure to select correct number of entry either multiple entry (365 days) or single entry (90 days).
3. During your appointment schedule, be at the visa center 15 mins. ahead to avoid any delays. Note that if the applicant arrives more than 30 mins from his/her schedule time, he/she will be automatically recorded in the system as no show and will reschedule after 14 working days.
4. Submission at the visa center with all the requirements. Visa officer will encode your details in the system (Enjaz) and payment will be collected after.
5. After submission, you will take your biometric at the booth inside the visa center. Note that applicants 5 years old and below and 81 years old and above are not required to be personally at the visa center as they are exempted in taking their biometrics. Ensure that they provide 2x2 photo with white background to proceed with their application.
6. After biometric, you will return the documents to the visa officer who process your application and will get your receipt of transaction. Instruction will be given to you by the officer before leaving the office. Please note that the processing time will take 2-3 working days or more depending on the advice from the Embassy.
7. Passport will be delivered to your preferred delivery address.

Our concern as of now is that we we’rent able to get appointment in DFA for the authentication of our marriage cert as it is already fully booked in the system. We need to process this urgently. Any help pls for us to manage authentication of our marriage cert this month. Thank you.

Try to contact Docrouter account in Facebook. She's the one helping us with our papers.

katvill

hi, sent you a private message regarding DFA apostille.

ledsfebaloloy

Hello! May I know how much it will cost for the visa stamping?
Maybe this coming week my husband will secure an appointment in your office after the release of DFA apostille/authentication of marriage certificate.
Thank you.

ledsfebaloloy

Hi! Katvill, thank you.
May I know how much the cost of visa stamping and all in VFS Tasheel?
Thank you.

ledsfebaloloy

Regarding the Enjaz Form, this will be from your office?
Thank you.

ledsfebaloloy

Regarding the family visit visa referral slip, I was given only the visa document from MOFA. Is the visit permit and invitation means only the VISA DOCUMENT? Because that is the only form given to me from the MOFA, saying that just present this form to the VFS Tasheel.

ledsfebaloloy

Does my husband(who will process) the visa needs to be swab 72 hours prior to the appointment in VFS Tasheel?
Thank you.

Just processed Family Visit Visa for my 19 year old son last Nov 4 and we only paid 3000+ pesos as medical insurance in VFS Tasheel. He got his visa on Nov 8 but delivered at home today, Nov 10.

Thats what i also expect. less than 5,000 for other fee like Insurance. but i was surprise for that additional 18,500 amount alone for insurance VFS tasheel staff ask for. even my colleagues that they bring their relatives here was surprise.  tomorrow they will comeback and ask for cost breakdown and what type of insurance is this, hoping they will provide.

Ah, you mean the application is not submitted yet?! My son was told by the guards if he has the money around 13k for the insurance but I told him not to listen to them but only to the people inside. That 18k insurance is too much even if the age is a factor.

My Mother came back to VFS Today. unfortunately the price went up to 35k. she tried to ask for the breakdown. staff said they cant provide due to it is keep on changing. maybe this time is not our luck we have to back out.

Pop up Notification in their Official website.
All Applicants traveling to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are required to obtain a Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) approved Medical Insurance Certificate from the VFS TasHeel Visa Application Centre. The cost of the insurance is generated upon receiving the application and has to be paid at the time of the appointment.

Oh my God, too way high! It might be due to the current situation (pandemic). Praying that you can bring your mother soon.

alunalim1219

What are the requirements needed if manual processing for the resident visa?

What do you mean by manual processing? Quite confusing.

alunalim1219

We are applying through Absher but there's a pop-up message from Absher that we need to visit istiqdam for manual processing.

alunalim1219

My husband is working in Saudia airlines, Saei division. The problem is until now they didn't process the chamber which is the only document needed to proceed in processing to istiqdam. That's why I'm asking if a referral letter from his company is needed or a salary statement is needed to submit in istiqdam? Please help me. Thank you so much

The one who is applying for dependent visa should visit Istiqdam personally after all required documents are complete and with appointment booked online. You cannot have the visa without visiting the office. The company's HR will only check/verify the documents for submission as the form needs signature/stamp of the official representative.

This I don't have personal knowledge as I am working in government institution so we are exempted from Chamber of Commerce stamp. But as far as I know, he can bring his salary certificate directly to the Chamber of Commerce and pay minimal amount for stamping.

Good day!

Has anyone of you here applied for family visit visa at VFS Manila this month of November and experience a delay in the processing time of application. Based on our previous applications usually it takes 2-3 days only to receive the visa stamped passport but unfortunately for my mom in law who applied last Nov. 22, 2021 up until now upon tracking the status, it just shows application has been forwarded to KSA Embassy. Does it suggest any problem on the application. Thank you

Just want to follow up also on this...VFS accredited medical clinics, if you could provide the list of these clinics.  Also, how long usually the result can be taken?  thanks.
