Transfer After Final Exit, Iqama is also expired.

@Ajar Amar The visa transfer is nt possible if ur iqama is expired.  And ur iqama renewel is nt possible unless ur final exit is cancelled. So ur previous employer has to cancel the final exit if it is in his hands and renew ur iqama and if nt then he has to write a request to the ministry related to u. Tell ur new employer to request the previous one. If the previous one is good enough to do it for u, the ministry will take 2 to 3 days to cancel ur exit. Then u can renew ur iqama. Once iqama is renewed then even if ur previous employer issue a final exit, visa transfer is possible.

my employer did not clear my end service benefits and pending salaries after Final Exit, I filed a case in MOL. Is there possibility that I get transfer through MOL?

@Ajar Amar  i knew someone who got transfer from MOL. Expired exit and expired iqama. Just last May. She bring copy of iqama, copy of exit visa and letter of intent from her New employer stating that they are willing to employ her. You must have an employer willing to cooperate with you. Hope this will help.

Salam brother what about in the case of a domestic worker visa.. If the lady had huroob and wants to transfer sponsorship after iqama is expired is it possible to do so without the need for the previous Kafeel?

File a complain in ministry of labour. Huroob can be cancelled and transfer your sponsorship to anyone else

If the previous employer is not good then what would happen after the issuance of final exit?

I also have a same issue, my employer wants to send me on final exit before the expiry of iqama & contract. I have an another contract and sponsorship transfer request in Qiwa. What should I have to do? Any suggestions?
