A qualified worker and citizen of a third country (a country outside the EU) seeking to live and work in Austria. To do so, you need the Red-White-Red Card. You as well as your family members can apply for the Red-White-Red Card. This normally only granted if you fall into the shortage of skilled workers.

As the mother tongue of Austria is German, a good command of the language will give you a further advantage to someone that doesn't have German language skills.
