I have been selected for bahrain as a engineer, my visa had cancelled while apply,

Can anyone know the reason for this...

Cancelled while applied?

If it says "Employment visa not valid", it means it was rejected by immigration. For reasons, you need to ask your employer. Most probably security check failure.
