Italian national and self-directed professional chef who utilizes the wealth of knowledge gained during 20+ years of experience in the hotel and restaurant industry.
Born and raised up in the south of Italy (Bari) where sea-food are our roots. Mostly eaten raw, but also cooked in thousands of ways.
I enjoy interacting with all my guests and my team creating a good relationship with them. Cooking for the King of Saudi Arabia and the King of Bahrain in May 2006. Cooked for American, UK, German, French and Italian Ambassadors from 2005 till 2008
