Single Entry Work Visit Visa of 90 Days Expired

Hello,

I am Ahmed, Indian national, staying in Dammam saudi arabia.

I had come on Work visit visa (ziarat amal) to saudi arabia. The company told
me to come in this visa and they shall convert it to iqama.

Now the work visit visa is expired and its been now 1month overstay. When
ask about the company they are always saying wait wait its under process.

I wanted to go back to India as soon as possible.

Please tell me what are the procedure to make exit from Dammam and go safely to
india without any problem from police, jail, airport, immigration in riyadh
saudi arabia.

And who can do this for me any agency.

Kindly do the needful. Thank You

Talk to your employer for exit or take a ticket and go by yourself if it is a business visa.

Else you'll have to get in touch with someone at Indian embassy.

I think you may be blacklisted as you have overstayed your visa

My employer didn't extended the visa and it is not my fault. how I will be black listed and If my employer gives me exit can I go back.

Kindly help me to go out from here in a legal way.

Blacklist is only if it is a business visa, am not sure about Iqama expiry.

Talk out with your employer and see what his demands are and then try the Embassy

Dear Ali,

My employer has no demand he is ready to give exit and LOI has been already prepared. But my visa is not showing as extended in the online system.

My employer is trying to extend my visa so that I can come back again.

Due to some issue he is not able to resolve the issue so kindly suggest if anyone can help us.
