Process for single mom to settle in Malaysia

I am a single mom from Vietnam with one daughter age of 5 years. I am currently finishing up my studies and plan to move to Malaysia to marry my boyfriend whom is a Malaysian citizen.

I understand the marriage process involve for myself and my boyfriend from the JPN website and good articles available from googling:

However, there isn't much details that I could find that relates to bringing my daughter to Malaysia.

I would appreciate if anyone able to help to provide the process involve for my daughter to be in Malaysia.

I suspect that if your future husband does not adopt your daughter there will be issues with her schooling in Malaysia.
