Final exit visa

Hello,
I need to know the answer to this question so I lived in Jeddah for 15+ years and I was born there yet my family is Egyptian and we had to end up doing our final exit and come back to Egypt, can I still go back to Jeddah later on and also is all my information saying that I lived there for 15 years gone? Like for example if I go back will it be as if I never lived there before

1st question yes you may come back the next day if you have a new visa processed and all.

2nd I'm not sure why but your details will remain in thier system but I don't think your 15yrs count will matter to whatsoever as your new visa will present you as a new comer.
