Nursery Schools in San Rafael/ Guacima

We will be moving soon, and looking for a nursery school for our 2 year old. Has anyone had any experiences with any of the following centers?

Or, do you have any recommendations for other Spanish-language nursery schools or preescolar programs in that area (San Rafael/ Guacima, Alajuela)?

Also, do all of the preescolars require uniforms?

Yes, uniforms are usually required for pre-school and kindergarten, but I shouldn't think for 'toddlers'. A copy of all inoculations may be required.
