My husband and I got married in South Africa where we were both living. We have now decided to move to the Netherlands as he is Dutch , Born in Rotterdam.
So He has now moved back there, been there since Sept 2017.
I am busy applying for my mvv. ( Spouse as sponsor ) .
Does my husband need to register our marriage in NL ??

Yes, it's recommended to register your marriage in the Netherlands.
